this original little winter wren bird painting is the ideal addition to a mantle, side table, desk, or shelf. this mixed media painting is done on textured, handcrafted watercolor paper, which has a lovely weight and texture. the frame is a gold-toned vintage easel frame from the 1980's.

materials are applied layer by layer and then allowed to dry before the next application. the painting size is 3x3", and can be readily removed from the frame. the frame has a nice vintage ornate style. materials include antique handwritten letters from the 1800's, copper leaf, vintage paper and postage.

overall size is approximately 5" in width, and 5" in height. the painting is about .5" in depth. the artwork can be easily re-framed, however i recommend always framing the art under glass. please display the painting in indirect light to protect the art.
