i'm a little bit shy.

this original painting of a little cute chickadee bird is the ideal addition to a mantle, side table, desk, or shelf. it also has a hanging hook for immediate wall display. this textural, mixed media painting is done on a birch wood panel, which is lightweight yet durable.

materials are applied layer by layer and then allowed to dry before the next application. this gives the paintings a great amount of depth and detail. sides of this painting are layered deep teal and light teal blue. materials include vintage paper, antique handwritten letters and postage, and ribbon.

size is approximately 5" in width, and 5" in height. the painting is about .75" in depth. all of my paintings can be handled. they look great on their own, or buy a bunch and display them together!
